The Teacher Grant Cycle

An explanation of the Teacher Grant Cycle: how to begin and what to expect when awarded from start to finish.

One Goal. Two Ways

BCPEF’s goal is to provide teachers with a complete and impactful opportunity. This can be done individually or as a team.

Option 1: INDIVIDUAL Grant
Individual teachers may request funding for up to $1000 per proposal.
Option 2: Team Grant
A TEAM of teachers may request up to $5000 per grant proposal.
A teacher TEAM consists of a grade-level team, a cross-curricular team, a subject-specific team, a school-wide team, two schools in the same district, etc. Lead Teachers submitting a TEAM proposal are NOT eligible to submit an INDIVIDUAL proposal, but those participating in or benefitting from a TEAM proposal may submit their own grant applications as long as they are not the teacher leading the project.
