As the lifeblood of BCPEF, the staff’s expertise and dedication enables the generosity of its donors to reach their full potential.

Lynn Voelz
Lynn has directed BCPEF since 2009, bringing strong professional management proficiency in healthcare and non-profit environments. Under her direction, BCPEF has funded over $6M in program/project support for Bradley County and Cleveland City Schools. Her donor-focused nonprofit leadership and passion for public education reflect her knowledge of its foundational importance to a strong, healthy, and prosperous community.

Jennifer hammonds
Jennifer brings a breadth of experience with Bradley County and Cleveland City Schools, having served within this educational environment for 18 years. Within these various roles, she served as a liaison on the Education Family Committee, transferring to support BCPEF’s office administratively in 2023. Her years of campus experience and educator relationships provide an invaluable foundation for sustaining efficiency and positive communication with the various publics BCPEF serves.

Elizabeth Deans
Elizabeth’s expertise and facility in communication underly her passion and proficiency for networking, educational support and donor engagement, for BCPEF since 2019. As Grants Manager focusing on the Teacher Grants program and the Fund For Teachers Fellowships , she opens the world of innovation to educators, providing funding for classroom projects and personalized professional development. Elizabeth obtained her bachelor’s degree from Lee University majoring in Business Administration and Intercultural Studies.

Magen Ellison
Magen brings over 20 years of professional expertise in education, curriculum development, and research, joining BCPEF in 2021. As the Major Program Facilitator, she supports the LEAD Fellowship administratively and strategically connects major grantors with projects and programs through research and grant writing. Her dedication to campus outreach reflects her deep commitment to public education and its enduring impact on the community.

Jane Littlejohn
Jane joined BCPEF in 2014 after retiring from a 27-year public-school teaching career that spanned multiple states and roles, including gifted education and teacher training. Continuing her lifelong commitment to educational excellence and leadership development, she collaborates with staff, educators, and donors to establish and fund professional development and awards.

Mark Silvers
Mark has been working in the accounting field since 1995. With a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lee University, he lends his expertise weekly to BCPEF for its financial management and donor record keeping. He has worked with multiple business owners preparing financial statements, audits, and tax reports, also having trained staff on best accounting practice and use of financial software.
